This project involved the completion of design plans, specifications and permitting for the development of a 373 acre parcel. Project included sketch plans with lots and roadways, sanitary holding tank design location and sizes, storm drainage design, and street designs. GE prepared all necessary forms for the SEQR process and a full Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan per NYSDEC requirements. GE attended town planning board meetings to present plans. Griffiths Engineering worked closely with J.L. Woidt Engineering, LLC for Stormwater Management services.
