This project involved the development of an A&W / Long John Silver’s Combination Restaurant on an existing developed parcel. Work included full site design services, planning and zoning support, traffic and drive thru design, and the removal of existing site structures, grading and utility coordination. Work also included architectural and building design services for the modification of franchise proto-type building drawings to meet state and local code requirements.
